Why do you go to the client, instead of the client coming to you?
We believe you are most comfortable in your own home. In our busy lives it may not always be possible to find a babysitter or fit in a trip to the spa, but we still want you to look and feel your best. Many of our older clients don’t drive any more making it even more difficult to get a massage or pedicure. We solve that by coming to you.
What kind of services do you offer?
Health Span Inc. offers an incredible amount of services, all available to you in your own home. We provide many different types of massage from relaxation and sports massage to lymph drainage and reiki. We have exercise therapists to aid in recovery from a health event, aestheticians who can do everything from a manicure and waxing, to body wraps and facials. We can do a wonderful spa party for a group of new moms, a stagette or any other occasion.
Do you bring all the necessary products and equipment to the client?
Yes, all of our therapists and beauty experts are equipped with everything necessary to provide spa-quality treatment in your home.
What brands does Health Span Inc. use? Why does Health Span use them?
When we source new product we are always looking for the safest most organic and most effective product available. For make-up, we use an all-mineral line called Jane Iredale, found at the most prestigious salons and spas around the world. We have just recently introduced a new skin care line called Pevonia, which is amazingly effective; their scientists continually work to ensure their products are the most effective. Our general products such as soaks, scrubs and lotions are from many different lines. We use these brands because we feel the companies are socially and environmentally conscious.
Do you write receipts, and can my massage therapy be claimed?
Yes. If your health care plan covers massage therapy, or you have flex benefits covering alternative health care we provide receipts for your insurance provider.
Are all your therapists certified and licensed?
Absolutely, all Health Span staff goes through a rigorous screening process prior to being hired. We only have highly trained therapists so you can receive the best treatment possible.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and personal or void cheque.
